Grab a lunch
in the Bistro
Stormgatan - Taproom by Hyllie Bryggeri opened its doors in April and swiftly became one of the must-visit destinations for craft beer enthusiasts in Malmö. Our lively bar is situated right in the heart of our brewery, alongside gleaming fermentation tanks and impressive machinery. We frequently host special events and festivals, aiming to not only be a significant presence within Malmö's beer community, but also an integral part of people's everyday lives and celebrations.
In June , we introduced our cozy bistro located on the corner adjacent to our taproom. The bistro complements our taproom seamlessly, offering daily lunch options for nearby residents and providing a relaxed dining experience in the evenings. Our food menu is accessible in both the taproom and the bistro, the distinction lies solely in the ambience and atmosphere and the beer list.
Both the taproom and the bistro are open to dogs and children, but we kindly ask you to be considerate if other patrons have allergies or concerns (this applies to both dogs and children).
Guests who do not adhere to our code of conduct will be kindly shown the way to the wharf; you can find more

- Area: m²
Text description provided by the architects. Hyllie is the first station you reach when travelling by train from Copenhagen's Kastrup airport and is therefore Malmö's gateway to Copenhagen. This is no traditional station building - we have been working with other elements instead.
The large round roof (diameter 45 m) - lit from below using uplights - hovers like a UFO above the station entrance. The roof is perforated by 52 round lantern lights which allow daylight to penetrate right down to the platforms, thereby eliminating any sense of an underground station.
Daylight and lines of sight have acted as important parameters for creating a safe environment. The station is a regional and local train station with four tracks and two platforms. Bartenbach LichtLabor of Innsbruck are responsible for the lighting concept. The artistic decoration has been carried out by Kristina Matusch of Malmö.
